SHIPPING POLICY

​香港本地寄貨劃一將使用順豐快遞，貨品將會在完成下單後5個工作天內寄出。
運費內已包含為貨品購買的順豐保險費用，以保障買賣雙方。
海外買家請在選取好貨品後聯絡我們，我們會努力為你度身打造最合適的送貨服務。

We will use SF Express for Hong Kong local delivery, goods will be shipped within 5 working days from day of purchase.
Transportation Fee includes product insurance to protect both seller and buyers.
For oversea buyers please contact us before checkout, we will try to provide you with the best delivery method for you.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY

《 退貨及換貨 》
若非因運輸途中造成的缺陷或破損，我們並不接受退貨或換貨。
因此，我們建議您在收取貨品後，盡快檢查貨品狀態。
如有問題請在收貨日聯絡我們，過後我們並不接受任何退貨。(以速運公司的送達日期為準)
退貨訂單之運費需由客人負責，並承擔寄貨之安全。
如遇上特殊情況請提供以下資料聯絡我們查詢：
1. 訂單編號
2. 退貨原因
3. 證明退貨原因相片或視頻
如有任何爭議，Magnifico 煜輝保留一切最終決定權。

《 EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF PRODUCTS 》
Except from product arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept exchange or refund of products.
We suggest you to check the condition of the product once you receive it.
If you have any questions please contact us on the day you receive it. After that we do not accept any return of products. (Refer to the delivery date from courier provider)
If applicable, buyers are responsible for the transportation cost incurred, and for damage caused in the return process.
For special enquiry please contact us and provide the below information:
1. Order Number
2. Reason of return
3. Photo or Video proof of the reason of return
If there is any dispute, Magnifico reserves all the final say.
